Production Engineer!

Magnus Search are looking for a Production Engineer to join a rapidly growing company based in Exeter! Where you will be working Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 and Fridays 07:30 - 14:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and implement production and process improvements
• Support lean ways of working to improve manufacturing efficiency and output
• Support new product introduction and change requests to ensure production‑efficient and safe designs
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to improve processes
• Assist with operating instructions, reports and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards

Qualifications

• HNC / HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
• Experience delivering manufacturing and process improvements in batch production
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Quality experience including DFMEA / PFMEA
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
• Project management experience and a collaborative approach
