Our client is a Birmingham based construction company specialising in groundworks, and civil engineering. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of civil, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to smaller complex developments across the Midlands and Hertfordshire. Project values vary from £1m – £15m.

About the Role

We are collaborating with a specialist Groundwork and Civil Engineering contractor. Our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in this expansion. Working closely with the operations team, you’ll oversee cost planning, contractor management, valuations, and forecasting.

About the requirements

• Proven track record in Quantity Surveying with a Groundwork or Civil Engineering Subcontractor
• 4+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge of the Groundworks Industry
• The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying background within groundworks & civil engineering.

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
