Job Description:
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works
- Keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Assisting contractors and sub–contractors
- Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
- Completing all work–related documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level or equivalent
- Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
- Full UK driving license.
