Responsibilities

  • Supervision of staff
  • Driving productivity
  • Driving improvements in production process
  • Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
  • Control, organisation, and monitoring of the flow of materials, producing high quality products on time and on budget

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on and task‑oriented
  • Experience operating digital presses
  • Currently managing a workforce of at least 30 people (or has done so in the last 5 years)
  • Initiative, confident decision maker, accurate and methodological approach to projects
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
  • UK resident with recent experience in print, packaging or paper sectors
