Field Service Engineer – EV Charging (South East Region)
Actemium E‑Mobility (Part of VINCI Energies) is expanding and looking for a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our South East region team.
The Role
Play a key role in the installation, servicing and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across commercial and public sites. A practical, customer-facing position ensuring EV charge points remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning, servicing and repairing AC & DC EV charge points
- Diagnosing electrical and technical faults
- Completing accurate digital service reports
- Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance and compliance tests
- Following wiring regulations and all safety procedures
- Building strong customer relationships on‑site
- Supporting emergency callouts as required (additional pay applies)
What You’ll Bring
- ECS Gold Card (Required)
- Proven electrical maintenance and testing experience
- EV charger experience beneficial – training will be provided
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High levels of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work without direct supervision
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
