As the Group & Events Manager, you will be responsible for selling and planning events in both our London Hotels, as well as managing confirmed groups. This regional role requires a proven track record in event sales, strong organization & communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The role will report directly to the Regional Head of Groups & Events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a knowledge or competitor properties and enquiry sales processes. Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and discuss specific event requirements. Work closely with clients to plan and detail their events, including room layouts, catering menus, audiovisual requirements, and any special requests. PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS **Skills and Knowledge** Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, listening, writing)Experience in hotel operations and service quality levels. Strong organization and analytical skills in problem-solving.Ability to acquire, maintain and influence relationships e.g., stakeholders, customers, vendors, investors. Effective conflict and change management skills.
