Customer Relationship Consultant at Blackburn branch. Fixed‑term contract until 31 December 2026, full‑time 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm.
- Conduct ‘My Review’ appointments face‑to‑face, virtually, or by telephone.
- Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss their needs.
- Educate customers on products, services and communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support vulnerable customers.
- Adhere to policies, standards and limits of authority.
Qualifications
- Previous experience interacting with customers, preferably in banking, building society or contact centre.
- Experience in retail, food & beverage, guest services, health/care or other customer‑facing roles.
- Ability to work well with others, manage time effectively and handle a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Open to a broad range of activities and adaptable to change.
