What You’ll Be Doing As Assistant Hospitality Manager
- Supporting the day‑to‑day hospitality operation to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and resolving escalations
- Leading, coaching and developing hospitality staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards, policies and regulatory requirements
- Using booking systems and CRM platforms to manage operations, reporting and guest engagement
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to senior leadership
- Supporting the creation of SOPs, client materials and operational documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
- Acting as the lead in the absence of the Hospitality Manager
What you’ll need to succeed as Assistant Hospitality Manager
- 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or a client‑facing role, with supervisory responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with booking systems and CRM/guest engagement platforms (e.g. Engage or similar)
- Experience creating documentation such as SOPs, reports and presentations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
