Contract: Permanent, Full time.
Teaching Commitment: Full time class-based teaching role.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. This full-time, class-based teaching post includes leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the strategic development of our school alongside the Headteacher.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for high-quality teaching and learning
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and support others
• Committed to inclusive practice, including supporting pupils with SEND
• Experience of working effectively with parents, carers and external professionals
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Organised, resilient and able to manage leadership responsibilities alongside full-time teaching
