Responsibilities

As Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients, proactively keeping them updated throughout the execution of mailing campaigns from factory to dispatch. You will manage professional client relationships, applying a full awareness of the customer journey across print, mail, and UK & international postage solutions.

Key duties include:

• Maintaining a positive team culture, even under pressure, and supporting colleagues in finance, operations, data, and print to ensure consistent financial success for both the business and yourself.
• Employing a methodical approach, multitasking efficiently, and exercising elevated diligence and accuracy in all deliverables.
