Job Overview

One of Europe’s leading print management companies is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on a key retail/FMCG account. Customer satisfaction is the priority, and the role involves delivering outstanding service and quality across all campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client partner, designing, procuring and fulfilling timely solutions for the client.
• Develop and write new briefs, and manage all campaigns to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Provide accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation to support client budgets.
• Identify and maximise cost‑saving opportunities across projects.
• Resolve issues creatively and embrace change, offering innovative thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the FMCG/retail industry and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent numeracy skills, including estimation, invoicing and budget reconciliation.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and a flexible approach to workload and task allocation.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to give valuable advice and guidance to clients.
