Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re‑mortgages and transfer of equity matters
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring a high standard of client care throughout transactions
• Supporting the wider team as required

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
• Strong background in residential property/conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Client‑focused, efficient, and detail‑oriented approach
