Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re‑mortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring a high standard of client care throughout transactions
- Supporting the wider team as required
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
- Strong background in residential property/conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Client‑focused, efficient, and detail‑oriented approach
