Commercial Sales Manager – Packaging Business

First class opportunity to join a fast-growing packaging business in their search for a Commercial Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK and EU. Specialising in imported label stock, printed labels, till rolls, and packaging consumables, our client has built a robust global sourcing infrastructure—and now needs a commercially savvy sales leader to unlock its full potential.

This is a strategic, high-impact role, ideal for a Sales Manager or experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the labels industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-volume packaging and label customers across the UK (and potentially EU).
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, particularly at container or bulk scale.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and procurement teams to align customer needs with global sourcing capabilities.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, using sound commercial judgment to drive revenue and margin.
  • Represent the business with integrity and professionalism, building long-term customer relationships.

  • Proven success in B2B sales within the printed labels sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to manage negotiations and customer expectations independently.
