Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Packaging
Location: The role covers either: Midlands (between the M62 corridor and Cambridge, including Wales) or Southern England (including Home Counties, London, South Coast and Southwest).
Salary: Circa £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Overview
We are a long‑established industry leader within packaging, focusing on printed packaging solutions for the Food, Pharma and Industrial markets. The role involves growing existing accounts and developing new customers while promoting several newly patented products. Industry experience within flexible packaging is beneficial but not essential.
Role Responsibilities
- Sell printed packaging solutions to Food, Pharma and Industrial markets.
- Grow business at existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting.
- Deliver solutions and promote the company’s latest patented products.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about selling and puts the customer at the heart of the sale.
- Goal‑oriented, entrepreneurial and experienced in B2B selling.
- Owns the sales cycle and proposes effective solutions.
- Socially confident with excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in a prior sales career.
- Interest in working within flexible packaging.
