Telesales Executive - Cheshire - £30k pa

Responsibilities

• Upselling and cross selling printed products to business customers
• Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential new clients
• Assist with the growth of the business
• Achieve KPIs based on sales figures and activity
• Communicate effectively with clients daily
• Use internal systems effectively

Qualifications

Customer service/sales experience is essential for this telesales role. Printing, Marketing or Media experience will make you stand out.

Leads will be sourced through inbound enquiries and existing clients.

Applicants must be resident in the UK and have worked or recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.

You will be provided training to generate new opportunities with existing clients through outbound calls. Your hard work, ambition and commitment to excellence will be generously rewarded.
