Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast-based client to recruit a commercially driven Account Development Manager to join their growing Northern Ireland team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients. The role focuses on expanding Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts, identifying additional works and supporting compliance-driven upgrades across an established client base. Rather than purely transactional sales, this role is about consultative selling, account growth and long-term client partnership(s).
