Responsibilities

  • Ensure all parts of the production process come together to deliver the correct quality of each product.
  • Support the company in production planning and ensure adequate resources are available.
  • Provide leadership support to teams, motivating and training staff to achieve production goals.
  • Act as a conduit between different departments, providing important feedback and communication for continuous improvement.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure production targets are met.
  • Implement new policies and procedures related to production processes.
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively.
