We are an innovative folding cartons manufacturer with an excellent worldwide reputation, looking to expand our sales team by recruiting a high calibre business development manager. The objective of this role will be to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Building and maintaining long‑term partnerships with all customers will be key to this role, so candidates must have great charisma and the most outstanding interpersonal skills.

Daily Duties

• Researching organisations to find new opportunities
• Contacting existing and potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
