A lovely opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Administrator / Office Manager to join a highly regarded boutique consultancy based in beautiful Mayfair offices. This is a varied, hands‑on role working closely with senior leadership, perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a small, high‑performing team and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. You’ll be the go‑to person for all things office and admin, ensuring a smooth, organised and welcoming environment, while supporting key business operations. A friendly team of 8 plus an office dog!
You will be responsible for a mix of administrative support and office coordination, including:
- Coordinating office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Preparing materials and presentations (including PowerPoint) for meetings
- Supporting with day‑to‑day administration: data entry, filing and document prep
- Assisting with invoicing and basic account management
- Developing and managing the CRM system and supporting business development activity
- Organising internal events, meetings and team socials
- Booking travel and providing ad‑hoc EA support when required
- Acting as a welcoming front‑of‑house presence, meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining a polished, professional and well‑run office environment
- Liaising with building management, cleaners and external suppliers
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
The Ideal Candidate
- Professional and articulate
- Happy working 5 days a week in the office (Mayfair‑based)
- Enjoys working in a close‑knit, boutique team environment
- Organised, proactive and happy to muck in
- Some prior office/admin experience is a must
