Business Development Manager – Existing Accounts
Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts within the printing industry, including automotive organisations and major retailers. Focused on building strong, trusting relationships, conducting regular client visits, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction while maintaining a deep awareness of each client’s activities and the market environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular client visits and manage communication both in person and over the phone.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to address client needs.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels and maintain a strong account presence.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation experience.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all corporate levels.
- Experience in the Direct Mail sector (mandatory).
- Previous sales or account management background in printing, packaging, or paper preferred.
