At GBUK Group, we don’t just launch products, we bring meaningful solutions to market that improve patient outcomes globally. We’re looking for a Senior New Product Development (NPD) Associate to play a key role in driving our innovation pipeline from concept to commercial success.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving NPD projects through the full lifecycle, from idea to launch
- Managing the NPD pipeline and supporting project delivery across categories
- Conducting competitor, market, and commercial analysis
- Collaborating cross-functionally (Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain)
- Working closely with external manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinating product changes, documentation, and change control processes
- Supporting creation of impactful launch materials and sales tools
- Owning technical documentation, specifications, and data sheets
- Supporting tenders and product-related commercial activities
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer or supplier-facing role (Sales, Support, Customer Service, or similar)
- Strong project coordination and organisational capability
- Commercial awareness with solid numeracy skills
- Confident communicator, both internally and externallyHighly detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Bonus if you have:
- Medical device or healthcare experience
- Exposure to product development or regulated environments
