About the role

We're profitable, founder-owned, and growing — and we're looking for a Customer Development Manager to join our expanding sales team.

You'll own the full sales cycle for small to medium-sized charities evaluating Beacon as their CRM. This isn't a role where you're building pipeline from scratch — we have a well-established inbound engine and a strong outbound SDR team generating qualified opportunities. Your job is to run high-velocity, well-structured sales cycles and close them.
