The Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our aftersales department. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the customer journey from initial booking to vehicle handover.
- Explaining technical repairs and maintenance requirements clearly to customers.
- Upselling additional products and services (such as service plans and accessories).
- Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure all work is completed on time.
- Maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional communication.
