We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly profitable corrugated packaging manufacturer seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their customer base and strengthen their market presence across the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs
- Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the corrugated packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of the Midlands market and an existing network of relevant contacts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Full UK driving licence required
