Objective of the Role

This role is designed to support you in developing strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills while contributing to the effective delivery of Work Match services.

About the Role

This role provides comprehensive administrative, customer‑facing, and data management support to help ensure the effective delivery of services across the organisation.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing a professional front‑of‑house service and responding to resident enquiries
  • Managing referrals, including registering residents and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting recruitment‑related administrative processes
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate data across systems and spreadsheets

You will need to be organised, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Good communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide a helpful and positive customer service experience.

A basic understanding of administrative processes is required, including record keeping and the use of office systems. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality is important, as is a willingness to learn CRM systems and other relevant software. You should be adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities, and work well with colleagues and external partners.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent, including grades A–D in Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
  • Competent user of computer software packages, in particular Microsoft Office, at an intermediate level
  • Ability to meet training provider requirements for access to an NVQ Level 3 programme
