Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Retail and Merchandising)
Client Location: London - hybrid - 3 days onsite
Pay Comments: up to £202.13/day PAYE
Hours: 40-hour week
Duration: 12 months
Job Description
The project requires a Junior Project Manager who can work effectively across regional and global teams, manage complex timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of store fixtures and merchandising assets.
Key Services
- Facilitate and advise local and central teams on creating accurate store briefs to enable efficient design of merchandising programmes
- Project manage design and survey processes in coordination with Marcom and local teams
- Oversee fixture installation and deployment, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Coordinate logistics and shipments of merchandising assets across multiple markets
- Evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs and report on installation quality
- Maintain project management tools and ensure accurate data
- Build and deliver communications and presentations showcasing programme outcomes
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or junior project management roles (retail, merchandising, or deployment preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Proficient in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, StoreBuilder or equivalent)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global, fast-moving environment
Optional Requirements
- Experience working with premium retail or consumer electronics brands
- Exposure to regional or multi-market project environments
