At Nationwide, a Customer Representative will support customers with a range of services across the branch, including transactions at the till, handling inbound calls and digital sales applications. You will deliver first‑class service in person, by phone and online, and will be trained on all channels.

This permanent position can be full‑time or part‑time (28–35 hours per week) and runs Monday to Saturday. The role requires you to be within a 45‑minute commute to the branch. The salary for part‑time roles is pro‑rata.

Your training pathway is virtually based in the branch and will last three weeks, during which no holiday may be taken.
