Job Summary
Part of the Product Management Team, the Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager will own the Microsoft platform strategy and execution. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to meet revenue and product optimisation goals. The role requires managing cross‑functional squads, coordinating release plans, and ensuring the product aligns with the organisation’s strategy.
About You
Eligibility: GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) including Maths & English (minimum of Grade 5). Professional credentials: Product Management certified / Agile Project Management or other recognised product‑management qualification. Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 lifecycle (vision, roadmap, backlog, user stories) and deep knowledge of D365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical solutions to non‑technical audiences and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
Essential responsibilities – all Product Managers
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in line with organisational goals and the DDaT transformation programme.
- Create and manage timelines for delivering the product roadmap, planning new features and changes, accounting for risks and opportunities.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert on the product, industry, and relevant technology.
- Lead the product within the business and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Run cross‑functional squads to deliver product roadmaps without formal line‑management authority.
- Ensure requirements, solution design and tests are documented and maintained for traceability across releases.
- Collaborate with external third parties on transformation programmes and product feature design.
- Run and participate in product ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives).
- Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions from users to prioritise the most valuable features.
- Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product.
- Implement and maintain appropriate product governance and communication structures.
- Monitor, report and improve product performance.
