Print Operations Manager - Greater London - £50-60k basic

A highly successful printing company is looking for a stand-out Operations Manager. The role is pivotal for driving cultural and quality change within production and warehouse facilities, ensuring all parts of the production process deliver the correct quality for every product and maintaining the company’s strong reputation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a conduit between departments, providing essential communication and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure KPIs are in place and production targets are met.
• Implement new policies and procedures related to production processes.
• Manage budgets and costs effectively.
• Develop, lead, and implement manufacturing optimisation projects with a focus on lean management to increase process efficiency and improve quality, schedule and processes.
