- Lead the design and delivery of change and training plans across multiple initiatives.
- Create clear, engaging materials, guides, and communications tailored to different audiences.
- Support adoption, mitigate resistance, and ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into business‑as‑usual.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, escalating risks and proposing solutions where needed.
- Be a role model for high‑quality change management and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in business change management across complex, cross‑organisational projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable challenging the status quo.
