- Lead a small digital transformation team combining change, delivery and insight functions.
- Own pipeline management and prioritisation across a growing portfolio of digital, data, reporting, low‑code and AI initiatives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify problems worth solving and ensure solutions land and deliver value.
- Drive adoption of delivery and product management practices across the business.
- Coordinate AI enablement activity, balancing innovation with governance and risk.
- Coach operational leads and strengthen how teams shape and use technology day to day.
What You’ll Bring:
- Around 5–10 years’ experience in digital transformation, change, delivery or product roles.
- Experience managing or leading a small team.
- A practical, outcome‑focused mindset rather than pure strategy.
- Genuine curiosity around AI and modern digital tools, with hands‑on usage.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
