Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated and customer‑focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotations and orders accurately via phone, email, and website
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service at all times
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up where necessary
- Maintain strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Ensure all internal systems and processes are followed correctly
- Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of building products or the construction trade would be an advantage
