What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making high-volume outbound sales calls
- Driving new business and uncovering opportunities
- Engaging with potential clients over the phone to build rapport and close opportunities
- Working to targets with a self-motivated, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
- Contributing to a positive team culture that celebrates success
- Managing your pipeline and using your experience to spot and convert strong leads
- Identify opportunities and create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
- Achieve personal KPI’s
- Negotiate terms of business and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
- Follow CRM processes to maintain accurate records of business development activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in telesales or outbound calling is a must
- Proven ability to sell and you know how to close
- Comfortable working at pace and smashing targets
- Confident, enthusiastic and commercially aware
- Resilience, motivation, and a drive to exceed targets
- A team player who enjoys being part of a lively, collaborative environment
