The Role
As a Sales Support Executive you play a vital role in keeping our engine running. You will handle day‑to‑day activity across new quotes, orders, and renewals, while ensuring smooth governance of all products and services.
Working closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Provisioning, you will ensure orders move quickly and accurately through the process, while also responding to customer queries with speed, care, and high standards for our Corporate and Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Support: Provide a main point of contact for customers and Account Managers, handling queries, requests, and relationships with a strong focus on service and responsiveness.
- Pricing, Orders & Contracts: Deliver accurate pricing, process orders and contracts, manage renewals, and ensure all purchases are correctly raised and processed first time.
- Systems, Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, produce reporting, and ensure all documentation and records meet governance and quality standards.
- Solution Support & Sales Enablement: Support solution design with pre‑sales teams, identify sales opportunities, and apply strong product and technical knowledge to customer needs.
- Professional Standards & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between teams and customers, attend meetings, complete training, and consistently uphold professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
While experience is a plus, your attitude and drive are what matter most.
- Experience: Previous experience in an IT sales or customer‑facing environments is beneficial.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship management and service delivery skills.
- Mindset: Self‑motivated, resilient, and proactive with a “can‑do” approach.
- Organisation: Highly organised with strong time, project and prioritisation management abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Environment: You must be comfortable working in an office‑based team environment in Newark or Telford.
