Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying emerging business opportunities and building long‑term relationships with prospects to increase company revenue and maximize profits. You will evaluate current sales performance and implement strategies to reach full potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in food, beverage and retail sectors.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and partners.
• Analyze sales data to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with account management, production and other departments.
• Present to stakeholders with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience selling labels within food, beverage and retail sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of the UK market and print/packaging sector preferred.
