The Opportunity

This is a new business development role with rare commercial horsepower behind it.

As part of a newly launched corporate broking team within a major national group, you’ll operate within a slick, empowered regional structure — with full group backing, resource, and an introducer channel feeding you pre-qualified prospects at £35,000+ income level.

You’ll target and convert accounts across the full range of commercial lines — property, liability, financial lines and beyond — building lasting relationships with corporate decision-makers, risk managers and FDs.

And you are not required to find your own clients here. A major corporate partnership has been agreed giving you direct access to the Scottish corporate market, many of which sit in the FTSE 350 space.

The pipeline is live. The infrastructure is in place. This role is about execution, relationship-building, and closing.

There’s a clear path here too. You’ll be part of a fast-scaling UK-wide function at early stage — giving you both the earnings and the profile to grow into something much bigger as the team matures.

What You’ll Do

• Work a pre-qualified prospect pipeline through a premium corporate introducer channel
• Target and convert corporate accounts with income potential of £35,000+
• Build long-term relationships with FDs, risk managers and corporate decision-makers
• Drive new business across mixed commercial lines — property, liability, financial lines
• Operate within a structured regional team with full national group resource behind you
