Their project portfolio is diversified, with a breakdown of 40% commercial, 30% industrial, and 30% across residential, leisure, and education sectors. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London. In this role, you will play a key part in a dynamic team of 25, delivering a range of new‑build and refurbishment schemes. Your work will focus on projects primarily in London and the surrounding areas, with project values ranging from £250k‑£100 million.
The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Commercial, Residential and Industrial, in addition to other areas within the built environment.
