Overview
A well-established printing company that offers a wide range of finishing services under one roof is looking for a seasoned professional to run the finishing team.
Responsibilities
- Run the total finishing operation with day-to-day management of workflow and staff.
- Ensure accurate timings for different finishing requirements (cutting, creasing, gluing, and folding) up to B1 size.
- Lead and motivate the finishing team in a fast-paced environment to meet short lead times while maintaining high quality and adhering to budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiencies within the finishing department.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a finishing operation in a fast-paced print finishing environment.
- Hands-on capability with cutting, creasing, gluing, and folding up to B1 size.
- Experience handling food and/or pharma jobs is advantageous.
- Previous managerial experience is desirable.
