Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service department
- Lead, motivate, and develop technicians and service advisors
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage customer queries and escalations effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in the motor trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience working with a premium brand or in a high‑end environment preferred
- Commercial awareness and target‑driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
