My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support operations, coordination, and automation initiatives. The role focuses on improving internal workflows, supporting standards-related work with international partners, and enabling efficient execution of meetings and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the team
  • Assist in coordinating internal workflows and documentation
  • Ensure smooth execution of team processes and deliverables

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Design, test, and implement simple automation tools for recurring processes
  • Develop solutions such as automated email generation using templates or application samples
  • Support efforts to improve workflow efficiency through digital tools and automation

Standards & Reference Support

  • Support the review and checking of standards references from foreign partners
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and consistency of documentation
  • Coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders as required

Meeting & Logistics Coordination

  • Organise logistics for local meetings in Singapore
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate suitable dates with stakeholders
  • Send invitations, prepare agendas, and draft meeting minutes

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline (Computing, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong interest in automation, systems, and process improvement
  • Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and templates
  • Dynamic, proactive, and a strong team player

Preferred Attributes

  • Exposure to or interest in workflow automation tools or scripting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner
  • Interest in technology standards, governance, or international coordination work
