We're hiring an Early Talent Acquisition Programme Specialist to deliver a high-quality intern and early careers programme across EMEA for a global tech organisation.

This is a programme-focused role where you'll own end-to-end delivery across multiple countries, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, consistent experience.

What you'll do

  • Deliver early careers programmes across EMEA
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and programme cycles
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Lead communications with interns and internal teams
  • Track key metrics (e.g. conversion, engagement, NPS)
  • Drive continuous improvement across the programme

What we're looking for

  • Experience running early careers / intern / graduate programmes
  • Comfortable operating in a multi-country, matrix environment
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
