About the Role | Psychology Graduate
As a Psychology Graduate, you will support pupils across the school with a wide range of SEND. These may include autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and hearing impairments, among others.
 
You will work both one-to-one and with small groups, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive behaviours within a supportive school environment.
 
Key Responsibilities | Psychology Graduate
  • Support pupils with a diverse range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and sensory needs such as hearing impairments
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to implement effective support strategies
