We are working on a time-sensitive hire for a Client Change Project Manager to join a well-established fund services business delivering high-impact client initiatives.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will take ownership of key client projects including onboarding, fund launches, and migrations, working directly with clients and senior internal stakeholders.
Essential:
Must be immediately available or with vert short notice
Eligible to work in the UK or Ireland
Securities Services experience is essential
€400 – €650 per day

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Driving collaboration across operations, IT, and business teams
- Ensuring smooth implementation and transition into BAU
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering change or projects within fund services
- Strong background in client onboarding, migrations, xwzovoh or fund launches
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication skills
Additional detail:
- Experience with AIFs, UCITS, or private markets structures
- Project management certifications are advantageous but not essential
