\nThe Role

• Advising on a broad range of employment law matters

• Supporting both claimant and respondent work (depending on experience)
\n\t
• Handling your own caseload with supervision, alongside assisting senior lawyers on more complex matters
\n\t
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with NQ–3 years’ PQE in employment law
\n\t
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in employment law
\n\t
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n\t
• Motivated, organised, and keen to develop professionally
