A leading long established law firm.

THE ROLES

Two Real Estate Development Solicitors one 2-4pqe and the other 5-8pqe to join a well established team

The roles will specialise in site acquisition and development projects covering a full range of property related legal issues from negotiating development agreements, conditional contracts and advising on potential title problems through to legal completion.

The roles will also include an opportunity to provide support on property aspects of larger projects such as joint ventures, leisure and regeneration projects

THE CANDIDATES

You will have between 2-8PQE and be a real estate solicitor with experience of site acquisition and development work and a strong academic background.

Previous experience dealing with development matters is required.

The firm offers hybrid working arrangements
