Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) – Loughborough, Leicestershire – Excellent Quality Work

The role
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters (with support and supervision) from instruction through to completion
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
- Supporting on refinancing and secured lending transactions
- Working with a range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and local businesses
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team on more complex matters

You- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in commercial property
- Comfortable handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Experience with acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment
