Full-Time | £55,000 - £65,000 | ShrewsburySellick Partnership is working with a well-regarded law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their busy and growing conveyancing team.This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to handle a high-quality residential caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completionSales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesRe-mortgages and transfer of equity mattersLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third partiesEnsuring a high standard of client care throughout transactionsSupporting the wider team as required
About You:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earnerStrong background in residential property/conveyancingConfident managing your own caseload independentlyExcellent communication and organisational skillsClient-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented approach
