Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive (Fully Remote)

\nI’m working with a well-established claimant Personal Injury firm offering a fully remote opportunity within a highly organised and supportive team.
\nThis role will suit someone who enjoys running their own caseload and is looking for a consistent, well-structured environment where everything is already set up, allowing you to focus purely on running your cases and achieving the best outcomes for your clients.

\nThe Role
\nYou will manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement, including litigated cases.
\n
\nThe work is mainly fast track EL/PL with some RTA, and there’s a consistent flow of new instructions coming into the team.
\nYou’ll run your own files from start to finish, including litigation, with everything already set up to support you along the way.

The Ideal Candidate

\n\t
• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practising rights
\n\t
• Experience handling claimant Personal Injury cases independently
\n\t
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal and litigation process
\n\t
• Confident managing files from instruction through to settlement
\n\t
• Organised, self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely
\n
