A growing, well-regarded law firm in Prestwich is seeking a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or Property Solicitor to join its expanding team.

\nThis is a unique opportunity suited to conveyancers at all levels — from experienced fee earners to senior solicitors — with a clear route to leadership and Partnership for those looking to progress. A well-regarded firm is looking to replace a partner after 9 years with the firm. They are open to fee earners through to senior managers for the position and can restructure themselves to accommodate the person who seems the right fit.

\nThe Role:
\n
\nYou will handle a manageable residential conveyancing caseload, alongside contributing to the development of the department.
\n
\nFor senior candidates, this role offers the chance to take on team leadership, operational input, and strategic responsibility, working closely with the Managing Partner.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nManage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion (freehold, leasehold, shared ownership)
\nPotentially managing a team of 3, including a 2-year PQE Solicitor.
\nEnsure smooth progression of files in line with the conveyancing process and compliance requirements
\nLiaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
\nSupport or oversee workflows across instructions, fee earners, and post-completions
\nAssist with risk management, compliance, and process improvement
\nMentor junior staff and support team development (senior level)
\n
\nRequirements:
\nProven experience in residential conveyancing
\nAbility to manage files independently from start to finish
\nStrong knowledge of the full conveyancing lifecycle
\nExcellent communication and client care skills
\nPrevious supervisory experience or ambition to step into leadership (desirable)
